How does pre-arrival stocking work?
Amy shops and puts your groceries away inside your residence before guest check-in. Residence access must be arranged in advance. This is a scheduled pre-arrival service, rather than an on-demand doorstep delivery.
Can I email my grocery list?
Yes. Use Email My List in the Shopping section to email Amy your list, then continue through checkout for your arrival details, access instructions, and payment setup.
Is Bluebird licensed and insured?
Yes. Bluebird Sun Valley is fully licensed and insured.
Is there a grocery minimum?
Yes. The published minimum purchase is $100.
Can I change my list?
Contact Amy before shopping begins with the items you would like to add or remove.
What happens if I cancel?
Contact Amy promptly. The existing policy has no cancellation fee, but nonreturnable groceries remain payable.
When do you deliver?
Monday through Saturday, with Sunday delivery available by request. Contact Amy in advance to confirm timing and availability, especially over the holidays.
